How Long Does the Rock Candy Last

As sugar is the main ingredient and is a natural preservative, the rock candy never goes off.  However if not stored in an airtight container (and not in the fridge), they can tend to go soft

 

Shipping

Orders are generally sent out within 1-2 business days of receipt.  Full tracking details will always be emailed prior to the order being packed.  The couriers will then collect on their next collecction run, which can sometimes be the next business day

 

Returns

As this is a food product, unless there is a problem with the product, returns can't be returned because of change of mind.  And the sweets must be returned in unopened, resellable condition

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Nor can a refund/exchange be offered for changing your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As a perishable food, there must be a major problem with the product or some other defect.

To complete your return, you must notify us in writing and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sweets@australiansweetco.com.au and send your item to: 2/16 Sir Laurence Drive Seaford Victoria AU 3198.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
