Shipping policy
Time-frame: Australian Sweet Co packages all of our sweets to order, most orders are packaged within 3 business days (excl weekends and public holidays), ready to be collected on the next pickup run, which can sometimes be the next business day.
The exceptions are:
- Personalised rock candy - allow approx 10 days
- Orders with 20+ packed jars/bags - allow approx 2/3 days
- Customised Promotional - allow approx 10 days
Generally deliveries are between 1-6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Note however that if the location is remotely located, there may be an extra delay.
Shipping Fees: Australian Sweet Co works with major delivery companies such as Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT Express. The company is selected based upon the size and cost to a specific location.
There is a flat rate charge of $11.90 for Australia-wide delivery, and free shipping for all orders over $100, except for specially marked packs.
Any items marked with Free Delivery, applies to Australia-wide delivery only.
We do our best to post as fast as possible, and tracking is provided with every order. Please note that once sent, we don't receive any tracking updates or notifications of any delays. If for some reason your parcel hasn't arrived, please contact us and we can investigate further for you.

Delivery Estimates (after the handling time)
VIC, NSW, QLD, SA metro - 2-3 business days
VIC, NSW, QLD, SA rural areas - up to 5 business days
TAS - up to 5 business days
WA, NT - 5-10 business days, depending upon location

EXPRESS POST
Express Post is available for an additional cost. Please check the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au to check the delivery timeline for your suburb.
If you are located in WA or NT it can take up to 3 business days due to the transit times with Australia Post, this is out of our control.
Perishable Goods
Please be very mindful when ordering Chocolate in warmer Months. Order at your own risk, we cannot refund.
Broken or damaged Items
Please do not sign for your parcel until you have checked that your goods are in good condition. If there are any damaged goods, please notify us immediately and it may be necessary to present the parcel to the local delivery depot for inspection. If you sign for it, the goods become your responsibility and we will not replace any damaged or broken items.
Tax Invoice: A Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed upon payment of all orders. No invoices are included in the parcels.

Australian Sweet Co can deliver sweets to most locations throughout the world, as per the following rates (note the purchaser may have duty/taxes depending upon your local customs).
