A quick note about colours & handcrafted quirks:
Because every batch of our sweets are lovingly handmade, you might notice slight differences in colour, shape, flavour or design from batch to batch even though every effort is made to keep the products as uniform as possible. It’s all part of the magic of traditional confectionery making!
We hand-mix our colours by eye (no machines here!), which means tones can vary between batches — and your screen or printer might show them a little differently too. While we do our best to keep things consistent, natural variation is part of what makes our lollies truly one-of-a-kind.
Because each batch is handcrafted, the final design might have its own little twist — no two are ever exactly the same!
Quantities
There are approx 350-400 pieces per kilogram.
Rock Candy "Dust"
All of the rock candy is quite "brittle" and whilst we do sieve all of the rock candy prior to packaging, what we've found is that during transit (and even simply as they move against each other in the jar/bag) candy dust or even small pieces may result at the bottom of the bag. This is unfortunately unavoidable despite our absolute best efforts to package as carefully as we can due to the delicate nature of this product but in no way affects the deliciousness.
We recommend that you can simply use a gloved hand to use your fingers like a sieve to remove they candy dust.
Storage
Did you know that sugar is a natural preservative, and therefore it will never go off. However, the product may sometimes go soft or have a chalky texture. It's still perfectly edible.
We recommend to store in a cool, dry place.

Packaging
As you can imagine, there are an infinite number of options when it comes to how you present your sweets.
And the size of the containter (ideally glass) will depend how much of the sweets you will require.
As a guide a 150ml jar holds 90-100g of the luxe rok candy.
